Grilled Caesar Salad: boquerones, parmesan, croutons

Steak Tartare: topped with raw quail egg, capers, crostini


Second Course

Heart Shaped Ravioli: stuffed with lobster, shrimp, mascarpone cheese

topped with sherry butter sauce & crawfish

Braised Lamb Osso Bucco: mashed celery root and golden potatoes

topped with cippolini onions and roasted brussels sprouts

Roasted Poussin: stuffed with black forbidden rice, pomegranate seeds, leeks, goat cheese

with wilted spinach, roasted mushrooms, madeira wine sauce

Pan Seared Rockfish: fingerling potato coins with garlic & parsley, grilled broccoli rabe,

topped with lemon beurre blanc
